About Teejani Jimoh

Teejani Jimoh is a dedicated and versatile Associate at the firm, known for his deep academic grounding and practical experience in diverse areas of legal practice. He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) Honours from Al-Hikmah University, Ilorin, Nigeria, in 2020 and was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar in 2022 after completing his vocational training at the Nigerian Law School, Lagos Campus.

Teejani’s passion for finance law and governance led him to pursue and successfully earn a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree in Financial Law and Policy from Nile University of Nigeria. Currently, he is advancing his expertise as a Ph.D. candidate at the same institution, where his research interests span corporate finance, banking and insurance law, fintech regulation, and the legal frameworks shaping the financial and technological sectors.

His professional interests also extend to pre- and post-election disputes, as well as debt recovery and asset reclamation. Teejani is particularly skilled in advising clients on matters related to corporate finance, regulatory compliance, and risk management in the banking and insurance industries, ensuring practical and innovative solutions tailored to the complexities of today’s business landscape. 

As a member of the firm’s Corporate Commercial Practice Group, Teejani brings a dynamic and results-driven approach to solving client challenges. His legal expertise is further bolstered by his active membership in the Nigerian Bar Association and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Nigeria Chapter), reflecting his commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and legal service.
